COOPCHEBI is a farmer-led cooperative founded in 2003 in San Luis de Shuaro, Chanchamayo, Junín, Peru. Since 2007, it has operated as an open cooperative, growing steadily with 150 smallholder members cultivating diverse coffee varieties in forested areas at 1200–1850 meters altitude, while respecting nature and the environment.
